This Refund Policy outlines our position regarding refunds, cancellations, treatment outcomes, and payment disputes. By booking an appointment or purchasing services, you agree to the terms set out below.

 

1. General Policy

 

* All treatments and services provided by CLB Advanced Aesthetics Ltd   are non-refundable once carried out.

* Due to the bespoke and clinical nature of aesthetic treatments,               services are tailored to each individual following consultation and           assessment.

 

2. Deposits

 

* Deposits are required to secure appointments.

* Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a                          rescheduled appointment where sufficient notice is provided.

* Failure to attend an appointment or provide adequate notice will result    in the loss of your deposit.

 

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

 

* We require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or                rescheduling.

* Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within this notice period will       result in the loss of your deposit.

* Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may require full      prepayment for future bookings.

 

4. Prepaid Treatments and Packages

 

* Prepaid treatments and treatment packages are non-refundable.

* Packages must be used within any stated validity period and are non-   transferable unless agreed otherwise.

 

   Cooling-Off Period

 

* Where treatment packages are purchased online or remotely, you may    have a 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts        Regulations.

This right will be waived if:

  * You have attended and received any part of the treatment within the       14-day period, or

  * You have expressly agreed to begin treatment within this period.

5. Treatment Results (No Guarantee Clause)

​

* Results from aesthetic treatments vary between individuals and are        influenced by factors including age, lifestyle, and medical history.

* CLB Advanced Aesthetics Ltd does not guarantee specific results or      outcomes.

* Dissatisfaction with results alone does not entitle you to a refund.

* Review appointments and follow-up treatments may be offered where    clinically appropriate.

6. Complications and Adverse Reactions

* All risks, side effects, and potential complications are explained during    consultation and consent.

* Clients must contact the clinic promptly if they experience any                  concerns following treatment.

* Refunds will not be issued for expected or previously explained side        effects.

* Each case will be assessed individually, and appropriate corrective or   follow-up treatment may be offered where clinically appropriate.

 

7. Payments via Third-Party Providers

 

* Payments made using third-party finance providers (including Klarna      and Clearpay) are subject to their own terms and conditions.

* Any refund eligibility remains subject to this Refund Policy.

* Where a refund is approved, it will be processed via the original              payment provider.

 

8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

 

* Clients agree to contact CLB Advanced Aesthetics Ltd in the first            instance to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback or              payment dispute.

* Where a chargeback is initiated without prior contact or valid                    justification, we reserve the right to:

  * Provide evidence of services rendered, consultations, and signed           consent forms to the payment provider

  * Recover any outstanding amounts owed through appropriate legal         means

 

9. Gift Vouchers

 

* Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

* Vouchers must be used before their expiry date and are non-                  transferable unless agreed otherwise.

 

10. Exceptional Circumstances

 

* Refunds may be issued where required under UK consumer law.

* Any discretionary refunds are made at the sole discretion of CLB           Advanced Aesthetics Ltd.

* Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method           where possible.
